Advanced, highly customizable IRC client

Very nice looking IRC client with lots of settings/preferences and customizations.

I’m relatively new to IRC and this client makes it very easy to get started. Make sure to right click the server and click Connect - otherwise you’re not connected and nothing will show in the channels.

Various themes are available (dark, various colors etc). For dark themes I figured out that you can also switch the server and user panels to dark via preferences -> Interface -> darken colors.

I was also able to change my user nickname by right clicking on a server -> Server Properties.

One thing I noticed - when I used a VPN the server connection wouldn’t work due to it not being to map by ip address -> it said something about SASL - I’ll figure it out someday. For now I had to turn off the VPN to be able to connect to the IRC server.
